Leonor Varela is the Chilean model and actress who was the first to portray Marta Estrella in Arrested Development. She left Arrested Development to film Voces Inocentes.

Leonor was born in Chile in 1972 but has since lived in Costa Rica, Germany, France, and the US. Leonor has appear in nearly fifty TV shows and films, including Blade II, The Tailor of Panama, The Man in the Iron Mask, and Cleopatra. Some of her work is in Spanish, some in English.
