Scott Baio is the American actor who portrays Bob Loblaw in 4 episodes of Arrested Development.
Bio[]
Scott was born in New York in 1960. He is best known for his role of Chachi Arcola on the sitcom Happy Days alongside Ron Howard and Henry Winkler. His character Chachi was the star of the spin-off Joanie Loves Chachi. Baio is also known for staring as Charles in the 80's sitcom Charles in Charge.
Baio's acting career is extensive and he dabbled in directing and producing as well.
Scott will return to appear in Arrested Development Season Four.
