Lee Shallat-Chemel is a film and television director who directed five Arrested Development episodes over the first two seasons.

BioEdit

Born in 1943 in Los Angeled, Lee began her directing career in the theatre in Costa Mesa, CA. In 1984 she directed her first television episode, and episode of Alice. She has since directed hundred of episodes of over 90 different shows.

Her directing work includes multiple episodes of Spin City, Sonny with a Chance, The Middle, Better Off Ted, Gilmore Girls, Stacked, The Bernie Mac Show, The Nanny, and Murphy Brown.
