Paul Feig is an American director, producer, and actor who produced and directed 7 episodes of Arrested Development.
Born in Michigan, Paul got his start in Hollywood as an actor and appeared as a character actor in a handful of movies and TV shows including recurring roles on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Dirty Dancing, The Edge, and The Jackie Thomas Show.
In the late '90s Paul began his directing and producing career. His first series as co-executive producer, Freaks and Geeks, became a cult hit, albeit short lived. He continued on to produce and direct episodes of the US version of The Office and Nurse Jackie. Paul's biggest success to date has been the 2011 film Bridesmaids which he produced and directed.
Paul hit a low point in 2016, when his reboot of the 1984 classic "Ghostbusters" failed to find an audience, becoming one of cinema's all-time biggest production failures.
