Richard Day is an American producer, writer, and director who worked as a producer and wrote four episodes of Arrested Development.

Richard got his start in television as a writer in the late 1980s. He has since become a veteran director, writer, and producer and has worked on many series, including Roseanne, Ellen, The Drew Carrey Show, Spin City, Aliens in America, and Mitch Hurwitz's Sit Down Shut Up and Running Wilde.
